Conversations in Blue

“Conversations in Blue continues my love affair with the colour blue that started with making photographic blueprints or cyanotypes. Later, surfing and ocean life brought me even closer. After painting a large wall in blue and dark blue for one of my shows, I started using blue directly on some photographs. This led to expanding my painting onto large photographs and then canvases. The writing on the canvases was a way of opening a dialogue into these pieces and the oceans’ fragility. The horizon is infinite and a reminder of being a connector to us all, a sort of unification, the unification of blues. Remember, please, the wave is forever. Blue Love”
